I see under Click Menu I can map the click to a virtual instrument. ProTools doesn't have a built in metronome count off like Sonar? I just want a typical cowbell sound without the work.
In the Click/Countoff Options check 'During play and record' in the Click box (default) then assign the Output to a playback source that has a Cowbell sound/patch (Expand!). In the Countoff box depending on your preferences either check or uncheck this option. In the Transport enable '2 Bars' countoff. filosofem
Hi Delta Dreams, We got you covered :-) In Pro Tools 7.3, do the following: 1. Choose Track > Create Click Track. 2. On the Mixer click the Click plug-in on the new Aux Input (Click) track that was created. 3. Click on the Librarian Menu (it says "<factory default>") and choose Cowbell 1, 2 or 3. Cheers, Scott
Hello - I'm trying to figure out how to CHANGE click track tempo - is it the 'session' or do I just put in new bpm's. Every time I change the Bpm in the click track wiindow - the 'apply ' button goes cold. Hmmm. Help?
