V70 2003: High emmissions / EGR valve

Can anyone confirm that beside the valve an actuator and/or control unit should be replaced?

Well, thanks for nothing... The EGR valve replaced, the bill sth over 200 EUR, it appears that the initial estimate was a cautious one. It has taken a while for the shipment of the parts. This does not appear to be a frequently found fault.
